My Mother's day

Today was so nice. I was the first to wake up in the family so I waited for an appropriate time to call Mom to give good wishes. After the call Rachel and Cory woke up and presented me with my Mother's day gift he made at school. Its a cup cut to allow the yarn weave with two stick people attached representing Cory and I. He also attached a self composed poem just for me. He was so proud of his creation and I will keep it forever. I also received a lovely purse and wallet that they both picked out at the mall a few weeks ago. Rachel had to work for a few hours so I relaxed and watched a movie and Cory went to play with his friends. When Rachel got home from work we went to the pool to cool off. Rachel offered to take me out to dinner so we went to a local buffet. Cory tried to eat with the chop sticks with little success so he used them as drum sticks instead.

Of course my daughter the artist saw a photo op with the cookie and fork.

The restraunt was giving flowers and chapaigne to all the mothers. I passed on the drink.

I'm so greatful for my children. They show me so much love and respect and I thank God everday for them.
