My new hair do

I got my hair cut before mother's day but I thought I'd better share my new look before it gets too long. I'm actually ready for a trim.

Cory's Birthday

Cory's party was Saturday. He had a few friends over plus Uncle Dave and his entire clan. It was the usual fun when the family gets together. I've included some scenes from the new slip and slide courtesy of Gram and Gin. It took some getting used to but Cory got the hang of it after a while. The weather was hot and he spent a lot of time cooling off in it all weekend.

I'm back

I guess I should start by apologizing for my complete neglect of our blog. I thought I could leave the egg dying until next easter and maybe it would blend right in. Anyway, here is Cory's latest pick from school. He has most of his teeth now so he's looking quite handsome. I have plenty of these pictures in hard copy for anyone who wants one. I can't believe he's turning nine next week. It seems like just yesterday when I was only sleeping a couple hours a day. He still doesn't let me sleep much on the weekend usually up by seven or so.

Cory is obsessed with his skateboard. We live at the skate parks on the weekends, its pretty nice because I can get alot of reading in while Cory does his thing. He's getting quite good.
